Hand-Painted WEDDING Stationery, designed in a creative studio by an artist’s hand
Designed and brought to life through original artwork, the studio offers custom stationery services that feel innately creative and high-end.
Every project is grounded in creative exploration, intentional inspiration, an artist’s perspective, and meaningful collaboration.
The design process begins with a conversation to establish each client’s unique inspiration, story and other key details such as color palette. Whether for a wedding, event, or intimate dinner party, each design is created from a collection of artworks painted specifically for you and developed into beautiful, yet functional designs.
Custom design, rooted in fine art

The process begins after you’ve submitted your inquiry form. Once submitted, the studio’s service guide will be shared with you. This guide includes details on process, timelines, pricing, and more to help answer any initial questions.
-
Once you’ve reviewed the guide, please reach out to schedule a 20-minute discovery call or to request an estimate.
-
After our call, you will receive an intake questionnaire which helps us both understand exactly what you’re looking for. Your responses will guide us in creating a proposal and estimate that accurately reflects your stationery needs.
Your Path to Custom Stationery
The Design Process
1. Onboarding
This is when the foundation for your custom stationery is set. During this time, you’ll complete and submit design inspiration questionnaires and materials. We will also have an hour-long design call where we will have an in-depth talk about color, imagery and style.
2. Concept & Sketching
This is where the stationery concept begins to take visual form. A thoughtfully prepared dossier showcasing a refined mood board, sketches and a color palette will be presented to you. Once both the sketches and the color palette are approved, we’ll move forward into the painting phase.
3. Painting & Design
With sketches approved, the painting phase begins. The compositions and elements of your stationery are hand-drawn, painted and scanned into high-resolution files ready for production. Ultimately leaving each client with a cohesive, one-of-a-kind stationery suite.
For a deeper look into my process and policies, I encourage you to explore the Custom Stationery FAQ and Terms & Conditions.
FAQ’S
-
For each project, I create one cohesive set of original artwork (the amount of painted artwork depends on the scope of the project).
These hand-painted pieces are then scanned at high resolution and carefully edited.
All text or hand-lettering is added digitally using typefaces to ensure consistency and print quality. From those finalized files, we produce every piece in your stationery suite.
You’re also welcome to use the print-ready files I provide if you prefer to handle printing on your own.
-
Custom stationery includes two rounds of edits during the sketching phase and one round of minor edits during the painting phase. The painting-phase edits are limited to color adjustments or adding motifs—the overall composition cannot be changed once painted.
It is encouraged to communicate all imagery and color palette preferences before the sketching phase begins to minimize the need for extra edits beyond the two included rounds. After the allotted round of edits have been used an additional fee of $300 will be charged.
-
Rush services are available; however, the associated fees vary depending on the deadline and the complexity of the work. Rush fees can range from $800-$1500 USD, taking into account these factors. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss and determine if your rush request can be accommodated.

Absolutely, it’s required! Sharing inspiration imagery from the start helps ensure we’re a good fit and that I have a clear understanding of your vision. A Pinterest board is so helpful, but you’re also welcome to share images by email.
While I always bring new thoughtful and creative ideas to every project, it’s essential to understand your aesthetic, what you love (and what you don’t), as well as motifs or colors you’re drawn to. If you’d like guidance on how to gather inspiration please reach out.
